The team at R&D Heywood are unmatched. Catherine in particular is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and possibly the most patient person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Without her I feel I would not be in my dream house now. I am not the easiest of people to deal with and she steadied the ship on numerous occasions when I thought all was lost. She is an excellent negotiator on behalf of her clients but also is truly honest with you. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Whatever she is getting paid it needs to double because she is worth every penny. The one star review on here HAS to be from a competitor or a disgruntled ex employee as it makes no sense whatsoever.
