After getting a few estate agents to value our property, we were really impressed with Ryder and Dutton from the beginning. They were professional and took amazing photos. Our sale and purchase turned out to be pretty tricky due to aspects related to the properties, but Catherine was calm, proactive and diplomatic. I have no doubt things could have easily fallen through without her and the team. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else if you were considering selling or buying a house.
