This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for a company—but I had to for 10ninety. We’ve been using their CRM for 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, the onboarding was smooth. Any questions I had were answered fast. The team is helpful, responsive, and always on the ball. Big shoutout to Will, Adam, and Kate—absolute legends. Every time I needed something custom, they were on it straight away. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Also, credit to Ciaran and Dave from the web team—they’ve been brilliant with the website side of things. Quick, clear, and on point every time. What really impressed me was how flexible the system is. If you can think of it, they’ll find a way to make it happen. Everyone I’ve dealt with at 10ninety has been great. The whole team is sharp, reliable, and genuinely cares about getting it right. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again to the full team for the smooth transition and solid support throughout.

I wasn’t asked to write this review, and it’s rare for me to do so unprompted, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the 10ninety software system. Recently, I subscribed to their platform for my estate agency, and I was so impressed with its capabilities that I decided to fully integrate it with my website. While I could have added the functionality to my existing site, 10ninety also offers a website service. After seeing how efficient their system is, I decided it would be better to start fresh with a new website, and I’m so glad I did. They completely maintained my branding, and although the design has subtle differences, the integration with their software is seamless. The team created the website in less than 10 days! I worked hard on the copy, but they brought everything together beautifully. I trusted them to use their creativity, and they surpassed all my expectations. Any minor tweaks I requested were handled promptly, and they were always happy to accommodate changes. In just one month of working with 10ninety, I already know the team by name, Ciaren (website), Adam, Will, Kate, and Richard. Their customer service is exceptional. Whether it’s a call for support or a walkthrough while I learn the system, they are always patient and helpful. They deliver the same high level of service that I strive to offer my own clients, which is so refreshing. If you’re looking for a new system and an integrated website, I wholeheartedly recommend 10ninety. Their professionalism and dedication are truly outstanding.
Having worked in the Lettings Industry for over 40 years and having owned my own business for the past 17 years I can honestly say I have never come across Letting Agency software as intuitive and logical as 10ninety (or Joe 90 as the system is affectionately known). Every aspect from the simple uploading of our data to the running of the finances is clear. More exciting is the fact that the preparation of a move in file (AST / supporting docs / Inventory etc) has gone from nearly 1hr 20m to literally less than 15 minutes !!! - the saving on staff time is unbelievable. It took us many years to change / update our systems but the support from Will and his team makes us wish we had made the move far sooner but to you all thank you so much for your continued support and patience from us all here at ABC.
