Excellent service
We have just bought and sold with Breckon and Breckon. Both Ross and Matthew have been fantastic throughout the process-keeping us updated and liaising promptly with solicitors and everyone in the chain. The brochure and online images they produced for our house was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Excellent service and communication throughout
We asked Breckon and Breckon to fully manage our house and tenants after we moved to Scotland. Amy Powell was our point of contact throughout, and was always professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The communication we received was excellent, and Amy went out of her way to ensure the whole process (from finding tenants initially to them moving out when we decided to sell the property) was as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you.

Service couldn't have been better
The service we received from Breckon &Breckon while selling our house was excellent. Melissa Bush dealt with our sale and was professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were selling our Oxford property while living in Scotland, and were always kept fully informed of any developments. Although the process turned out to be very stressful due to our first buyers pulling out at the last minute, Melissa went out of her way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We couldn't have been happier with how the sale was handled. Thank you.

Good experience
Very professional and efficient. Queries are responded quickly as well as to inform us the progress at any stage. Ross Mabbut is very professional and courteous with good knowledge of local Oxford market in general, and the property that we were interested in. In addition, other staffs are as efficient and friendly inc. Melissa Bush, whom I never met but enganged in a polite but friendly telephone conversation and advice. We were also pleasantly shocked when the ‘Sold’ sign was removed immediately in the early morning after completion date. That is one example of how efficient they are. Thumbs up..

Professional, friendly and highly competent
The Breckon & Breckon ream handled both our sale and purchase. We primarily interacted with Ross, who was unfailingly prompt, sharp and professional. He quickly ascertained our aims and priorities and worked toward them. When it was clear that we wanted to push forward on an accelerated timescale, he did everything he could to make that happen. He was never condescending or insincere, and we never doubted that he was looking after our interests. He and Matthew were invariably straight in dealing with us, including when their advice or news was not what we may have wanted to hear. It made a difficult, stressful processs much easier and less painful. The broader Headington team were also great, and operate as a very high functioning team of professionals. Overall, we could not have asked for better support and service. Written from beside our cozy new fireplace - thanks Ross and colleagues!

Very happy from start to finish
From the start excellent service. Every time there was something not working the agency arranged either a replacement or fix the problem. I would use again .

Great service

Unfailingly efficient and courteous.
I found Ross Mabbutt to be unfailingly efficient and courteous. He kept us informed as to what was happening at all times, and did his best to see the deal through to everyone's satisfaction. This involved a fair amount of chasing up at various times but I would not fault his commitment at any point. Communication with him was easy; he never failed to return calls or to make me feel a valued customer.

Professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly competent service, highly recommended.
Following a family bereavement, my family and I were left with the difficult decision to sell our beloved family home.
