Great Service
Ross provided us with a professional and courteous service keeping us up to date throughout the sale. He provided a very personal service and took a lot of the stress out of selling our property. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend both Ross and Breckon & Breckon to future sellers.

Excellent service and communication for house purchase
We used Breckon & Breckon to buy a property in Marston, Oxford in 2017. Our agent was Ross Mabbutt throughout and we were very happy with his service and would definitely use Breckon & Breckon again. In particular, at various points when we needed to put questions to the sellers or arrange on site visits he communicated our requests very rapidly and got back to us soon, so this was not a cause of delays as can be in some house sales. I never had trouble getting hold of Ross or someone else from the office; on just one occasion when he was out of office his manager Matthew Heavens took my call and helped me set up a site visit with a contractor, so there was no delay. We also feel that our interests and those of the sellers were faithfully represented. In short, happy to recommend this agent and agency.

Excellent Agency Service

Professional, competent, exceedingly helpful and patient - highly recommended
Matthew at Breckon & Breckon recently oversaw the sale of our property. He was knowledgeable, always advising us thoughtfully, never pre-emptive or trying to impose. He was totally attuned to our needs and really helpful. Our situation was made more difficult as we struggled to find a suitable property having potentially sold ours very rapidly. Matthew liaised between us and our buyers over a protracted period of time with great patience and sensitivity until we were able to purchase something we knew was right for us. A big thank you to Matthew, Laura and all the staff at Breckon who helped ease what was a potentially stressful situation to its happy conclusion.. We are so p;leased we found the right people.

Excellent service on property sale
I can not speak highly enough of Matthew and his team at Breckon and Breckon during recent sale of our property. Always curtious , helpful and professional . Dealing promptly with any questions or issues. Having had to have dealings with a different Estate Agent regarding our purchase,there just was no comparison with the level of service provided. I would definitely recommend Breckon and Breckon and if we ever move again I would not even consider another agent.

Our best letting experience
Having moved a number of times it was wonderfully refreshing to get an agent who was dedicated and caring to both sides of the party. We are extremely happy in our choice. All communications were prompt and we didn't feel that we needed to chase anything. We would definitely use Breckon & Breckon Headington again. C & K

Friendly, efficient and a quick sale at a good price
Breckon and Breckon were recommended to us, and its very hard to fault them.Matthew, Ross and all the team were unfailingly polite and efficient, letting us know about progress at all stages, sorting out errant house alarms and checking information onsite (especially useful as we dont live near). The house sold very swiftly, for above the asking price. Whats not to like?

Dedicated, tireless and positive
Matthew worked hard to guide us and his vendor to a successful transaction. He was understanding when problems arose, and I felt he was fair to us whilst always keeping the best interests of his client to the fore. He was well supported by the rest of the team in the Headington office. I've now bought twice through Breckon and Breckon and have been impressed by their professionalism and efficiency both times. They will be top of my list when I come to sell..

House sale.
All I can say is 10 out of 10 for the Headington team. We knew our house sale would be a slow one as we live out in the sticks. However with the utmost support from Ross our main contact along with Matthew and Laura we agreed a sale at a relatively small discount. They offered great support from the on set and were totally professional but friendly too. Where some agents may have bullied us into a huge price reduction to sell fast they totally supported us and we achieved a great price. 100% recommendation, thank you so much guys! We even had a celebration meal as we have exchanged and due to complete shortly.
