I had excellent service from Breckon & Breckon, in particular Matthew Heavens and colleagues Ross, Laura, and Amy, and Jan the photographer. They were prompt with everything - returning calls, reporting interest in the property, producing draft brochure, and covering for each other's absence/leave etc. They were very clear about things like terms of service, timescales, asking price etc. The brochure they produced was excellent. and they were happy to include my amendments. They were also up-front in a friendly and clear way about things I needed to do to improve the property and increase its chances of selling - perhaps tricky messages for them to deliver but they did it very well. Overall I would definitely recommend them.
