Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

Found my experience of both buying and selling my house with Breckon last year very positive. When there was an issue I felt that it was dealt with immediately and when things needed to be organised, chased, etc it was always done when they said it would be. In an industry where quite a number of people can seem dishonest, the staff at Breckon portray the opposite and do it very well. Spending hundreds of thousands of pounds is stressful enough as it is so having someone you feel is actually working with you and wanting the best for you I found very reassuring. I'd happily recommend the team in Headington to anyone else looking to buy or sell in the area.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I believe Breckon & Breckon provide a far superior service to other estate agents in Headington. The staff are professional, experienced and knowledgeable. In particular James Rein the Assistant Manager provided me with an outstanding service during the sale of my late parents property. I was kept up to date with progress and never had to chase anything up. This made a difficult time less stressful. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such amazing customer service. Matthew the Manager and Laura were also very helpful. They are an exceptionally good team. I have previously used other agents and can honestly say none of them can compare with the service Breckon & Breckon provide. They go the extra mile to ensure a successful sale. I highly recommend them.

An excellent, professional estate agent whom I would totally recommend

I put my house on the market with Breckon & Breckon as they had successfully sold a number of properties in the area. James was an excellent agent, always keeping me fully informed re viewings and supplying feedback. My house was sold at the asking price, which was considerably higher than I had anticipated, within 10 days of going on the market. Throughout the sale James kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing. In addition Breckon & Breckon were the agents I purchased my present house through. Again James was excellent, helping me to secure the property quickly and keeping me fully informed of progress.

Excellent service. Highly recommend

James and colleagues were extremely helpful to us and looked after us very well whilst we were buying a property with them - they responded quickly to emails and chased things up as needed.. Would highly recommend the service they provided! thank you.

Breckon and Breckon

I contacted Breckon and Breckon to sell a buy to let property for me. From the outset James kept me informed of any viewings and advice. The sale went through much smoother than I expected, His professional and hands on approach ensured any snags were quickly ironed out. compared to other Estate Agents I have used thiese were a cut above the others. I have recommended James and his company to my other buy to let colleagues, as I feel the service could not be beaten. James made the job look easy.
