Good service, added value, thanks B and B
Breckon and Breckon, and Ross Mabbutt really did the job for us. We were 'selling at a distance' - this was a parental home - and we depended on Breckon and Breckon as our people on the ground in Headington. They kept in contact, always returned calls, and called us when there was news (even if it was of delays), and did all the progress chasing with our purchaser and their chain we could hope for. Also helped us solve property related matters which it would have been hard for us to sort from over 100 miles away. I would recommend them to friends in Oxford area no problem.

Melissa and Matthew have been consistently courteous and thorough
From the first we have been impressed by the service at Breckon and Breckon in Headington. Communication has been swift and clear and everybody we have dealt with has been helpful and reliable; this has been a huge contrast with the previous estate agent used by us. We have felt able to trust the expertise in the Breckon and Breckon office. Our house has been successfully sold and we look forward to moving to our new home. Truly dedicated estate agents
The whole team at the Headington branch were friendly and extremely professional. The .viewings (and there were many of them!) were booked in and carried out efficiently and were always on time with no hassle for us. When we got an offer Ross negotiated and we got the offer that we wanted. Having gone through the whole process I feel that selling your house is much more than the marketing and arranging the viewings, Ross kept the whole procedure running smoothly. He was in regular contact with our buyers and solicitors, ensuring that all parties new what was happening, what we needed to do next and what we were waiting for. Thank you to Ross, Matthew, Laura and Melissa who all guided us through our house move! We would thoroughly recommend them.

I rate the service we received as excellent, for the following reasons: The staff were very approachable, efficient and supportive, and we were kept fully up to date on all the developments during the sale of the property. Many viewings were conducted in the absence of the householder; we trusted completely the staff members who accompanied potential buyers. We also found that we received very constructive advice when we discussed matters linked to adjusting the sale price of our property. Their professionalism was much appreciated. Excellent service

Excellent service
Having bought through Breckon and Breckon, I have now sold through them. Ross and Matthew have taken great trouble to make sure the sale was as quick and straightforward as possible, and I am delighted to have completed within a few weeks of going on the market. Intelligent, helpful service
This company know the Oxford area and market very well. Ross was prompt, courteous, informative and intelligent in helping us to set a realistic price which attracted a high number of viewing and two offers within a fortnight. Sale to completion in under twelve weeks. Highly recommended.
