Sympathetic and genuine sales agents do exist!
I can't fault Breckon & Breckon. Not only did they provided an excellent service throughout the sale, more importantly it was handled very sympathetically. After living in the only family home he had ever known for over 50 years, my father and I found selling up an emotional experience. Ross (Breckon & Breckon) was understanding to a fault, listening carefully and more importantly not rushing us.. He kept us in the loop at every stage and was always available and more than happy to provide advice when needed, we really can't thank him enough!

Excellent to work with!
I bought a house where Ross Mabbutt was the agent. I found him to be very professional, helpful and amenable at all times. There were one or two complications during the process, but Ross did a great job in ironing the issues out and liaising between myself, the vendor and all the solicitors involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and he will be my first port of call as and when I come to sell. When Ross wasn't available, his colleagues in the office were also very helpful and he always received and responded quickly to messages.

Friendly and dedicated agents
Our sale ended up being very protracted - not due to fault on the agents' part, it should be stressed - so the process was not much fun, but Matthew, Ross and Melissa all worked hard throughout to move things along and kept in regular touch with us. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Headington area.

Excellent service!
The agents have been a pleasure to work with: Efficient, professional and very helpful! They took the photos of the house on a Fri and on Monday they had already arranged a viewing, The tenants are moving in within less than 1 month of advertising, They also provided useful advice throughout. Efficient, straightforward and involved!
Breckon & Breckon in Headington have done a fantastic job from first contact to completion (today) in my recent house purchase. Ross, my main contact, has taken endless trouble to show me the house, keep me updated and answer my (many) questions promptly, well above and beyond my previous experience with estate agents. Both Ross and Matthew have been straightforward, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I felt Breckon and Breckon have genuinely wanted to make the sale go smoothly and satisfactorily for all parties, not just the sellers. I have already recommended them to a number of friends!

Excellent service
We have just bought and sold with Breckon and Breckon. Both Ross and Matthew have been fantastic throughout the process-keeping us updated and liaising promptly with solicitors and everyone in the chain. The brochure and online images they produced for our house was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Excellent service and communication throughout
We asked Breckon and Breckon to fully manage our house and tenants after we moved to Scotland. Amy Powell was our point of contact throughout, and was always professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The communication we received was excellent, and Amy went out of her way to ensure the whole process (from finding tenants initially to them moving out when we decided to sell the property) was as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you.

Service couldn't have been better
The service we received from Breckon &Breckon while selling our house was excellent. Melissa Bush dealt with our sale and was professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were selling our Oxford property while living in Scotland, and were always kept fully informed of any developments. Although the process turned out to be very stressful due to our first buyers pulling out at the last minute, Melissa went out of her way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We couldn't have been happier with how the sale was handled. Thank you.
