Excellent service
During the recent purchase of a property in Marston we worked mostly with Ross Mabbutt. He provided an excellent service. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. Excellent service
During our property search in Oxford we came into contact with numerous estate agents.. Breckon and Breckon were head and shoulders above the crowd in terms of a high quality professional service that made the buying process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Communication was excellent throughout and we would strongly recommend Breckon and Breckon for their excellent service. Ross and Melissa at the Headington office were very helpful and professional. Excellent service
Having bought through Breckon and Breckon, I have now sold through them. Ross and Matthew have taken great trouble to make sure the sale was as quick and straightforward as possible, and I am delighted to have completed within a few weeks of going on the market. They are available, straightforward to deal with, quick to respond and resolve issues, and communicate well to help the whole process run smoothly. Recommend!

Intelligent, helpful service
This company know the Oxford area and market very well. Ross was prompt, courteous, informative and intelligent in helping us to set a realistic price which attracted a high number of viewing and two offers within a fortnight. Sale to completion in under twelve weeks. Highly recommended.

Friendly. efficient and knowledgable estate agents
We have been very pleased with the service we received from Breckon and Breckon in Headington, Oxford. In particular, Melissa Bush has been extremely helpful. She has kept us updated throughout our purchase from the offer stage through to completion. Queries were always dealt with promptly and in detail. Professional, personable & trustworthy
We have recently bought through Headington Breckon; Ross was the agent. He was very professional and knowledgeable from the initial viewing, all the way through the process. He was honest and trustworthy, asking questions to solicitors & vendor where he did not know himself. As always, there were bumps in the road and Ross smoothed them with hard work and determination. First class manager of Headington office
Matthew Heavens and his team did a great job in selling our property in a week! But it wasn't just securing the sale at the asking price, it was also the efficient and courteous approach scheduling viewings and then the post-sale care through to completion and exchange that was great - always highly responsive and endless time spent checking everything is ok. Highly recommended.

Sympathetic and genuine sales agents do exist!
I can't fault Breckon & Breckon. Not only did they provided an excellent service throughout the sale, more importantly it was handled very sympathetically. After living in the only family home he had ever known for over 50 years, my father and I found selling up an emotional experience. Ross (Breckon & Breckon) was understanding to a fault, listening carefully and more importantly not rushing us.. He kept us in the loop at every stage and was always available and more than happy to provide advice when needed, we really can't thank him enough!

Excellent to work with!
I bought a house where Ross Mabbutt was the agent. I found him to be very professional, helpful and amenable at all times. There were one or two complications during the process, but Ross did a great job in ironing the issues out and liaising between myself, the vendor and all the solicitors involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and he will be my first port of call as and when I come to sell. When Ross wasn't available, his colleagues in the office were also very helpful and he always received and responded quickly to messages.
