Breckon & Breckon provided me with excellent service from the moment I asked them to market my property through to exchange of contracts. The photos they produced for the brochure showed my house at its very best. They were always very flexible and accommodating when arranging viewings and always worked hard to get feedback following the viewings. Once my property was sold they continued to support me by liaising with solicitors and my buyers, always ready to offer advice or explain what was happening. Breckon and Breckon, and Ross Mabbutt really did the job for us. We were 'selling at a distance' - this was a parental home - and we depended on Breckon and Breckon as our people on the ground in Headington. They kept in contact, always returned calls, and called us when there was news (even if it was of delays), and did all the progress chasing with our purchaser and their chain we could hope for. Also helped us solve property related matters which it would have been hard for us to sort from over 100 miles away. I would recommend them to friends in Oxford area no problem.
