Having had dealings with a lot of the estate agents in Oxford, I can say without hesitation that Breckon & Breckon are the best. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and personable and they made what could have been a very difficult process very smooth indeed. I cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon enough, and especially Melissa Bush who was our main point of contact. They are fantastic!

I was selling as executor and live some distance from the house so could not be available at short notice for visits. However Ross Mabbutt did everything and did it courteously and cheerfully. And, which was very important to me, he kept in touch - answered emails/rang back promptly and helpfully and regularly let me know what was going on.

We have nothing but praise for the team at Breckon & Breckon in Headington. Ross was almost always available and, when not, called back promptly. He remained courteous and professional throughout the process while working hard to make sure things went as smoothly as possible and any problems were quickly addressed. When Melissa helped us visit the property she was always on time and positive. Many thanks to the team.

Safe process during the pandemic

Ashleigh, was such a helpful team member during our move to a new rental - she was extremely fast and professional in answering any queries and helped me to secure a property in these somewhat trickier times for renters. Breckon and Breckon have a very careful approach to managing the new landscape of moving during the pandemic.

Excellent, personal service provided by Breckon. Ross was very responsive and helped a great deal by chasing the solicitors whenever we queried something. Met us on the day to get our keys and was thoughtful enough to introduce us to our new neighbours.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Great service!

Our agent was very helpful, responding immediately to all of our enquiries and letting us know about every step we needed to take from the beginning to the end. Breckon and Breckon have been so far a very good experience.

Letting through Breckon & Breckon was such a delight. As an expat, it is difficult to rent in the UK however Ashleigh the lettings manager made it as easy and smooth as possible. The service was always friendly and efficient. I would strongly recommend them and reuse them in future if need be.

Thank you Ross (and the team) for helping us navigate through the purchase of our first home!

I have used Breckon & Breckon for a number of years and have always been impressed with the friendly, efficient service that I have received. Recently in particular Ashleigh from the Headington office has been great in finding new tenants and keeping me in the loop.
