Right from viewing the apartment until moving in, the whole process, which for me was mediated by Ashleigh Swales, was extremely smooth. Ashleigh was thoroughly professional, updates were regular and quick, which was such a relief in these already difficult Covid times. Thanks a lot, Ashleigh.

My experience with Breckon & Breckon was fantastic! I was purchasing a house under time restraints and Melissa especially was very helpful and attentive in securing the property. Would definitely recommend to anyone first time buyers especially.

I have just started a renting contract with B&B recently. I am very happy with the service received, quick and nice. Ashleigh is the most helpful Senior Letting Negotiator I ever met, who is very efficient and also thoughtful for tenants.

Would always rent from this estate agent very responsible and responsive rather than CHance it !!! With other agents that are worse than terrible

Our sale was sadly necessitated by the requirement to pay dementia care home fees. Ross and Matthew were extremely kind, reassuring and professional, thorough and personally committed during the whole difficult process. Breckon & Breckon really deserve their excellent local reputation and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thanks to all at Breckon and Breckon for their hard work with our sale. Ross was our contact and was extremely helpful and professional throughout.

Excellent service from all of Breckon & Breckon, but mainly from Ross. He was there from start to finish, very helpful, patient and stayed in contact throughout covid. I would recommend Ross 100%, couldn’t of asked for more from him! Thank you Ross.

Very professional and helpful

Ashleigh helped me out through the whole process from finding the place to finalizing the contract. Very professional and always available. She helped me with a lot of questions and doubts about moving for the first time in the UK. High quality service and staff. Totally recommended.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everybody at Beckon and Breckon in Headington, especially Melissa Bush. Melissa went above and beyond her job description to make this as stress free as possible. She became my rock in the whole process and I have now successfully moved into my dream cottage. If I could give more stars, I would.

All of my dealings with each and everyone of the staff at the Headington branch have been pleasurable. The team treat clients with great care and sensitivity, provide detailed advice, and communicate very effectively, combining efficiency, respect and humour - the human touch. I will continue my association with the team and I highly recommend them to any potential clients.
