Professional and personal service from agents with excellent local knowledge.
I was impressed that Matthew, the Manager, came to meet me at the property at the outset. I was struck by his professionalism and friendliness. He clearly understood the local market and provided a realistic valuation, while setting my expectations. I was advised in advance of each of the many viewings and feedback was provided in every case. Ross and Melissa kept me informed throughout, and answered all my calls and emails promptly. As the Headington branch is a small office, I felt I received a very personal service. In summary, I would thoroughly recommend the Breckon and Breckon Headington office if you are planning to market a property in the area they cover.

Fantastic service
Breckon & Breckon Headington, and in particular Matthew Heavens but also all the team, provided a superb service on the recent sale of my late mother's house in Headington. The sale was long and difficult for various reasons but B&B were there to help, above and beyond the normal service I'd have expected, at every step of the way. I cannot recommend this agent highly enough.

Experience of a house sale with Breckon & Breckon, Headington, Oxford
Having just sold my house with this estate agent I would like to say how incredibly helpful the whole team were, with particular mention to Ross Mabbutt. We were reliably informed, and kept fully up-to-speed during the whole process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agent to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property locally.

Friendly and totally professional service from start to finish
Matthew came to see us when we decided to sell our property in Headington. He immediately inspired our confidence, by demonstrating his knowledge, experience and competence as a Headington based agent. We were thus perfectly happy to leave the whole process in the hands of Matthew and his professional staff - and they didn't let us down. Melissa Bush handled the detail of the process, from the initial stages, when potential buyers were showing interest, through to getting a sale agreement and on to final completion, At every stage, her communication with us was totally excellent. She liaised brilliantly between us and our buyer. and was really conscientious throughout, even visiting the house to photograph the final meter readings for us, on completion! So a big thank you to the Breckon & Breckon team in Headington., for managing a painless transaction. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend you to anyone wishing to buy, sell or let property in the Headington area.

Wonderful service!

Breckon and Breckon gave a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. Their agent came to our initial valuation meeting with a pack that showed he'd done a significant amount of background research into the area and type of property. The valuation therefore felt like it had a solid basis in fact. Communication with the office was also strong. We received regular updates and feedback on viewings, and the properties they encouraged us to go to see demonstrated that they'd listened to what we'd said to them about our own needs - a different approach to the more 'scattergun' approach we'd experienced from some other estate agents, who would simply push lots of properties our way in the hope that one of them would fit the bill. Overall, I'd strongly recommend Breckon and Breckon..
