We are so grateful that we chose FBM Estate Agents in Haverfordwest to sell our house. Having invited a number of agents to value our property, the FBM team were standout genuine and not hard sell like most of the others. When Adam Jones joined the team, he chose our property to be one of his prime focused properties. It was such a pleasure to liase with such a hard working, proactive and professional person who constantly demonstrated his passion to achieve a sale for us. The entire team including Stephanie, Grace, Ceri and Sam were always accessible and helpful with their advise. When we received an offer on our house, Karolina the delightful Sales Progressor was extremely efficient, polite and informative. She proactively contacted us on a regular basis to update us on how our sale was progressing. I cannot recommend FBM highly enough. Diolch o galon.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thanks
I had a truly wonderful experience with Simply Let during my tenancy from January 2024 to March 2026. From day one, the whole team has been incredibly supportive, approachable, and professional. Any concerns I raised during my stay were always addressed promptly and effectively, which made my time in the property smooth and stress‑free. Their support during my move‑in was excellent, and the same level of care continued right through to my move‑out. The checkout process was clear and handled with genuine fairness. I had taken care to leave the property in good condition, and it meant a lot that both the landlord and the agency appreciated this and returned my full deposit. A big thank you to Sam, Mark, Leon, Ebony, Jacky, Gemma, Tina, Julia, and the rest of the Simply Let team for being consistently helpful, kind, and supportive throughout my tenancy. I genuinely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant‑friendly letting agency.
Very professional and friendly service from all the team at FBM Haverfordwest involved in selling my property. Great communication throughout 👏 …
Sales agent
Thanks Adam for showing me the property. You were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
Adam showed us a property. He was professional and knowledgeable, an asset to the agency!
I had Gemma as my agent and she was amazing! Friendly! Super helpful with any questions. For the first time with a letting agency I felt respected as an individual and also given the time.
I cant fault simply let. We moved into to our rental home and they made us at ease with everything. They are great at communicating and getting back to us with information. After moving in we noticed the toilet needed fixing, I notified them in the morning and was fixed the same day. I highly recommend them.
Lovely experience
