I had Katie as my agent when selling my home. I cannot recommend her highly enough. At first meeting we discussed my aims and wants and she nailed the value of the property. Her knowledge of the area meant I had a very quick sale with no fuss. She communicated with me thoughout the process and answered all my questions, even the one i felt silly asking. We really enjoyed our viewing supported by Katie. She was really helpful and totally impartial with her advice. She made our viewing very comfortable and easy by giving us time to view the property on our own. Also Katie has a lovely singing voice which we enjoyed listening too whilst viewing.
