FBM - Haverfordwest

I would like to thank Katie, for her professional assistance with purchasing a Bungalow at Whitlow, Saundersfoot. Katie was very informative when showing us around the property, unfortunately did not get the property. Katie rang later to say that Whitlow came back on market, would we be interested in purchasing the same property. Katie was very good in answering all of our questions, giving her time so that we could revisit the property. We finally purchased the property, Katie gave us an excellent service, a smooth exchange and quick. Katie also provided after sales service by ringing to enquire if we were happy and everything went smoothly. We would definitely use Katie for future buying and selling. Thank you . Mel and Pat

I can't thank Katie (Davies) enough for the fantastic way she handled my sale. No home sales are easy, but there seemed to be a lot of hurdles with mine - all from outside sources. Each time Katie addressed these issues and found ways around them. All with a lot of guidance, honesty, patience, empathy, support, and a genuine interest in working in my best interests. After securing the sale agreed, Katie constantly kept in touch with me, my solicitors, the buyers solicitors and the agent for my purchase making sure the sale progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible. I only ever dealt with Katie who knew exactly the situation at any time. All my calls, emails and messages were answered immediately. I would highly recommend Katie - her expertise, knowledge and guidance were essential in agreeing and completing my sale.

We met Katie Davies when she was handling the sale of the house we now live in. She struck us as friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic at that first viewing. But she went well beyond that during the following months by continuing to liaise with all parties to the sale and provide information and updates at a time when we felt very in the dark. She takes her work seriously and has a very professional approach whilst remaining approachable and reassuring. Needless to say we were very impressed and wish Katie well in her career.

We viewed many properties with Katie Davies searching for our new home. She was very professional at all times. Knowledgeable on the areas and the properties. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly amd made us both feel at ease. She's an asset to FBM and wouldn't hesitate to contact her should I be home hunting again in the future.
