Adam went above and beyond as our first buyer pulled out 4 days before completion. He immediately rang his contacts and arranged 5 viewings within 24hrs. A buyer was found within two days and successfully sold the property with Adams invaluable help checking progress with both solicitors and acted as a go between with us and the new buyers. Adam was available along with his team at FBM who supported us throughout. Highly recomended as efficient and caring team that you need when buying and selling your home.
To date the fbm team has been flexible, proactive and supportive in regularly communicating with myself and other selling parties. The logistics of this have not always been straightforward, given that we do not reside at the property and live several hours' away. The fbm team have been highly supportive in helping us bring the property to market!

Steph was so lovely and accommodating. She squeezed me in for a second viewing last minute, getting back to me just minutes after I’d called with the request. She met me at the cottage with a smile, a copy of the particulars, and was really knowledgeable about the property and the vendors position. I will be making an offer in the morning!
