Adam showed us around a number of properties and was extremely helpful, informative and professional with a friendly nature. Although none of the properties were for us I’m still in contact with Adam who continues to help with our property search.

Adam showed me round a property at Parc Loktudi today.
I commend his professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge; he was prepared for me as I arrived and provided an objective and thorough tour of the property.
Whilst I won’t be proceeding on this occasion as the property was not suitable for me, I would definitely recommend the service provided by FBM

Simply let have been brilliant supporting me in getting my property rented out. Gemma has been excellent and very helpful. Thanks for everything!
Reply from FBM - Haverfordwest: Hi Jack, Thanks for the feedback. especially mentioning Gemma who works really hard to get new landlords set up & homes advertised & let to quality tenants! Jacky
I have been renting through Simply Let since 2019. They are a wonderful team of people, Friendly and approachable and action any maintenance or problems that arise very very quickly, I have always had a same day service when it has come to appointments being made for things needing to be done. I find all of the team to be very astute and I am always Able to get hold of somebody. Jacky Runs the business phenomenally well I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for anybody to use them either to rent their property through them out to tenants or to become a tenant of theirs. I am delighted with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
Reply from FBM - Haverfordwest: Zoe, it has been a pleasure to let to you the past few years in Wimborne & it is great to have you back with us renting a second home in Poole. My team & I work hard to provide a friendly, efficient service & this feedback is much appreciated. Jacky
I’m currently a tenant with SimplyLet and they made the whole moving-in process really easy. They worked around my schedule, kept all their appointments, and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Everything felt straightforward and well organised, which made a stressful process much smoother. Would definitely recommend.
Reply from FBM - Haverfordwest: Hi Connor, it was great to move you in on Halloween, & Gemma & Tina thank you for being such a good sport dressing up that day for a fun photo. I am glad that you are enjoying your Wareham home & finding us helpful & straightforward so thankyou for writing this review. JACKY
A great letting agency. Team are friendly, professional and approachable. Rent rates are fair and in my case en-suite rooms are clean, value for money and convenient.
Will use again in the future I’m sure!
Reply from FBM - Haverfordwest: Nickee, thanks for this review & being a great communacative tenant in our Poole HMO too! Jacky

Grace was amazing, professional and knowledgable - super helpful and was there for us every step of the way! Wanna also give a shout out to Sam who was kind and easy to communicate with. Thanks FBM!

I moved to Haverfordwest 2 years ago from Birmingham. My Parents decided to downsize and move from Birmingham to be near me. I registered with all all estate in town and viewed over 25 properties with all of them.
I can honestly say that Adam went above and beyond. After only one viewing fully understood my parents needs. After that himself and Sam we’re definitely THE BEST agents to show us properties and email the ones that best suited.
I genuinely was gutted when My decided on a house with another agent.
I can FBM is THE BEST estate agents in town.
Highley recommend.
Thanks Adam.
Went to view a very lovely home on Johnston with my husband. The agent Grace was so lovely, bubbly but professional and just made the process one of the best I've had. Any questions in regards to the home she was able to answer and gave us ample time to check out the property on our own.
