FBM - Haverfordwest

The Burgage

Adam showed us around the property. He was there when we arrived and was welcoming and professional. He gave us lots of background about the history of the property and was knowledgeable about all the details we were interested in.

We moved into a property over Christmas Gemma and the team at simply let have been very helpful, they made sure everything went through smoothly. Thank you for all your help.

Review of agent on viewing above property

Adam Jones was very friendly and engaging. He was very open and honest in his response to our questions. We enjoyed looking at the property which is delightful but sadly probably too small for our needs ( and possessions!)

Grace made the difference

We are moving into the area and felt nervous. From the first time we spoke to Grace she put us at ease, Grace answered every question even perhaps the naive ones, If Grace didn’t know she would find out and come straight back to us, Nothing is a problem for Grace. We can honestly say we loved the house, but Grace made the difference and this is why we are moving into our New home very soon. Thank you Grace you are an absolute star Louise and David

An excellent viewing. Thanks Grace!

Grace has been extremely helpful in arranging a viewing. She was prompt, informative, easy to talk to and not in any way intrusive or pushy. Made what can be a stressful experience really enjoyable. Excellent service thank you Grace!

Agent review

FBM was brilliant from start to finish, always communicated & kept us up to date with everything with steps going forward. All the FBM staff were brilliant but highly recommend Sam.

I wanted to say how professional and exceptionally helpful Sam was with arranging viewings for a property that I was interested in. He responded to emails efficiently and professionally and provided a highly professional service. He is an asset to FBM. Thank you, best wishes, Dan

Great experience with FBM

Good communication throughout from Adam, then Grace. Grace has handled the offer negotiation very professionally, always cheerful and upbeat, and a good level headed communicator.

Hill street, stop and call

The agent that showed us around this property was lovely and knowledgeable, answered all our questions we asked without hesitation. She was very friendly and prompt. We had seen another property with a different estate agent and the women couldn’t answer anything we asked so this was a breath of fresh air meeting her. ( Apologies i forgot her name). Definitely recommend.
