As a potential purchaser in the area Adam has been very proactive in marketing properties but not too pushy either. Just on the ball and helpful in terms of arranging viewings etc. Some agents from other companies seem as if they can't actually be bothered to sell their listings but I would want my selling agent to be as on it as Adam.

FBM has been great help with our search for a property. Adam has been really proactive and contacted us regularly to check we are still looking, which we dont find with other estate agents. Thank you for all your help.

I had Katie as my agent when selling my home. I cannot recommend her highly enough. At first meeting we discussed my aims and wants and she nailed the value of the property. Her knowledge of the area meant I had a very quick sale with no fuss. She communicated with me thoughout the process and answered all my questions, even the one i felt silly asking.
