Katie Davies was very good at selling our bungalow. We had had it on the market for over 18 months and had used 2 other estate agents. Katie came in and worked hard to get the viewings, we had more with Katie in 4 months than any others. She was always available, friendly, and kept us informed at every step. Thanks to her we had a buyer in 5 months. The team at FBM were pleasant and helpful whenever we had to phone them. The after sales team, especially Amy have again kept us informed step by step. We are delighted and very pleased with the whole team.

I am really pleased with the exceptional service from FBM Estate Agents during the recent sale of my cottage. Been dealing with Adam for a while now and have to say he has been a breath of fresh air. It’s very visible that he positively considers both the buyer and seller which is refreshing. No question is a silly question with Adam and he is full of knowledge, his communication is both prompt and helpful. After dealing with other companies and agents it’s refreshing to deal with someone who is patient and ready to go above and beyond to help us find a property. Very happy with the service.
