We met Katie Davies when she was handling the sale of the house we now live in. She struck us as friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic at that first viewing. But she went well beyond that during the following months by continuing to liaise with all parties to the sale and provide information and updates at a time when we felt very in the dark.
