We popped into Castledene in Hartlepool and we were greeted by a member of your staff named Charlotte. Not only was she very helpful she was kind, chatty and funny. Wonderful in today's society. She made us welcome and felt at ease immediately. We will certainly be calling in again should we need your services in the future. Hopefully we will get to speak to Charlotte again. We met with a few different agents and we just liked Alex from Castledene the best, he was friendly, relaxed, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. Charlotte has then handled our sale and has been a superstar, so kind and friendly and helpful, and her dedication managed to get our house sold super fast, it was up for sale for just over 2 weeks. The whole process has been a joy, it's not felt stressful as everyone has been so nice. Cannot recommend castledene enough, thank you so much!

We have experienced professionalism and helpfulness in our dealings with Castledene Sales & Lettings. Charlotte met us at the property and she was really friendly and warm. Sam has been a great support too! During the more recent stages of our rental we have been dealing with the team incorporating Louise, Lizzie & Abbey. I would particularly like to shout out Abbey, who has been extremely supportive, despite all of the delays from our side. I would strongly recommend this organisation to anyone who is looking to rent or buy.
