Holbrook & Co - Hartlepool

Absolutely blown away by the efficiency of Louise at Castledene Hartlepool. After bringing a long standing family friend back to the town - Louise was able to get the wheels in motion to begin to get himself settled back into life in Hartlepool again. Thanks for all your support Louise - it’s greatly appreciated !!

Very pleased! Alex Matis has been extremely helpful and professional. He has helped my partner find his first flat to rent and has checked in with us regularly with updates and offered guidance whenever needed. We really appreciated that he wasn’t too pushy when viewing. Well done Alex - great service!

Good team they have got and always willing to help out been at my new property just under a month and can't fault anything they have done for me. Louise, Lizzie & Abbey are excellent at what they do and very friendly 100% recommend you to look at getting a property from them

Castledene Hartlepool have been great throughout my tenancy. Lizzie and Louise have been so helpful and whenever I've had an issue with something that needs fixing, they're so helpful and quick to respond/help. Thanks a lot!

Renting through Castledene at the moment and I have always found them responsive and quick to help with any problems. Lizzie is the staff member I have had most dealings with but I have spoke to them all at times and always found them helpful.

Great customer service, Alex was very professional and helped me out no matter what I asked. Felt like I was talking to a friend not a member of staff.

I’m full of praise for the professional team at Castledene Hartlepool. Alex and Louise have given me a very successful outcome with the sale of my property 5 star service all the way.

A thoroughly good selling experience. Alex has been successful in finding a buyer quickly, over asking price. Nothing too much trouble and highly professional.

best agency ive used so far would recommend them to anyone
