Holbrook & Co - Hartlepool

My husband and I have had a few dealings with the Hartlepool office and we’ve never had any issues. The whole team are wonderful. We recently dealt with Ben and we could not fault his service!

Recently called up with some questions regarding a few properties, and the guy I got through to, ben, was extremely helpful with everything.

Called recently to enquire about letting some properties. Ben was so helpful and had some great advice for current situation. Would highly recommend this estate agents. Thank you

Lovely staff and very helpful, special thank you to Ben who showed me around a house today and answered all my random questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly

very helpful estate agent Charlotte helped me get good deal on buying a property would recommend

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Wanted a quick sale due to moving away, but at the same time I wanted a decent profit for my house I bought 5 years ago. Alex was so understanding and supportive during the whole process. He managed to get me over 10% profit within weeks. If I ever want to buy another house in the local area I will 100% use Alex and his team.

We popped into Castledene in Hartlepool and we were greeted by a member of your staff named Charlotte. Not only was she very helpful she was kind, chatty and funny. Wonderful in today's society. She made us welcome and felt at ease immediately. We will certainly be calling in again should we need your services in the future. Hopefully we will get to speak to Charlotte again. Thank you very much Charlotte.

Outstanding service, friendly and knowledgeable. From my initial enquiry to view a property, Sam was very helpful and this continued with Simon being knowledgeable and again helpful when showing us the house. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team in Hartlepool. Alex,Charlotte,Simon and Sam are fantastic

We met with a few different agents and we just liked Alex from Castledene the best, he was friendly, relaxed, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. Charlotte has then handled our sale and has been a superstar, so kind and friendly and helpful, and her dedication managed to get our house sold super fast, it was up for sale for just over 2 weeks. The whole process has been a joy, it's not felt stressful as everyone has been so nice. Cannot recommend castledene enough, thank you so much!

I cannot praise Castledene enough for the brilliant service. They helped sell our mams bungalow when she moved into a care home. They were understanding as it was our family home and it was upsetting to see it go. Alex & Charlotte kept us informed throughout the sale, and nothing was too much trouble for them. So impressed with them 100%
