Sam has been a great support too! During the more recent stages of our rental we have been dealing with the team incorporating Louise, Lizzie & Abbey. Dear Castledene Great start to my mum's new flat. The service you provide for my mam has been excellent - the types of enquiries you've made to help have been great. You have a lovely property. Please take some time to look into tenants who have left a property to check if their rubbish bin is part of a neighbour's responsibility or by yourselves as my mam has noticed this the last few days and is now worried about certain pests. The rent net is correct as at 4 November 2022. They're was a delay on the first payment but that has been sorted now. The energy company British gas need to be aware that my mam was not in the property at the time of the billl that was sent out to her. A few things to mention: My mam struggles to get down the steps outside the building and has to hold onto my arm for support. The metre cupboard is missing a key and also for the outside gas metre cupboard Only had a few problems with woodlice which could have been connection to the rubbish bins situated out the back. I Tasked Louise and Alex in selling my house that i had not been able to sell for 5 years after using Online Agents, and Most of the Local Agents in Hartlepool. They listned to me from the Outset with the reasons why my house was not Selling (Long Standing, Historic Construciton Problems) and put a plan in to place not to waste my time anymore but also the prospective buyers time, we were all on the same page. which really helped from day 1. Within a matter of weeks, i had quite a few really good viewings, then finally we got the correct buyer, who was fully informed by Alex and Louise with all the Hoops that you would have to Jump through in order to buy a house With Unity 2 Contruction and what it would entail. This did not scare my buyer like the previsous attempts over the years they helped every step of the way. Everything has went sooo smooth and very Very quickly that myself and my buyer have been very impressed by the whole process from start to finish.
