Fantastic experience from start to finish. Wanted a quick sale due to moving away, but at the same time I wanted a decent profit for my house I bought 5 years ago. We have literally just exchanged on our house sale with Louise and team at Castledene and I can tell you from bitter experience of other local agents, don’t look round, go directly to Castledene. The first agent we went with blew ours and market expectations with a unrealistic sale price and two weeks later, when it clearly was not going to realise such a price, strong armed us into going auction. The auction folk consequently were horrendous to work with and very car salesy. This was our Mothers’ home and it has been an emotional sale for us as me and my two brothers grew up there from 1989, so it was a pleasure to get a realistic and reassuring lifeline from Castledene. We could not be more grateful for the thoroughly professional experience we received from Louise and co. They also put more people through our door than the other lot and they were qualified buyers, no time wasters. I wish Castledene and the new inhabitants of our old home all the best for the future.
