Holbrook & Co - Hartlepool

Extremely happy with the service provided by Castledene. Alex Matis is always going above and beyond to help!

Rang Castledene Hartlepool with an enquiry, spoke to Charlotte on the phone who was very friendly and helpful and gave me the information I needed. Would not hesitate to contact them again.

Alex has been great in helping me find and buy my first house! Great communication, very helpful and friendly throughout the process! Thank you Alex!

Great service and communication from all the staff at Hartlepool branch. They manage my HMO and treat the property as if it is one of their own which is what any landlord wants.

Alex Matis is an actual legend, the transaction was fast smooth and was handled in a proper professional way. He listens to what people want. Hands down best Estate agent

The staff couldn't do enough for me an found me the perfect property it wasnt easy as the list of preferences was through the roof! So again thank you so much you've made a a family very happy :)

Castledene, and specifically Alex Matis, helped me sell my parents 4 bedroom house in Seaton. The whole process was smooth and professional thanks to Alex, with his expertise and pleasant nature. I would have no hesitation in recommending Castledene to anyone thinking of selling a property in the Cleveland area.

I have spoken with Charlotte multiple times about looking into a couple of properties. She has been so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns about getting onto the property ladder. Really patient and kind and gave me so much helpful information. Thank you!

Rental enquiry. I spoke to Charlotte who was very helpful informing me of the range of properties available in my search area. She was very pleasant to talk to and if I take things further I would not hesitate to contact her again.

I had a dream but needed a network of people to help me fulfil it - then God blessed me with Louise Wray! To be able to let go of a very secure and lucrative income and go full time in my dream job of helping people heal I wanted to build a small portfolio of good quality buy to lets and have a team on hand to run them. Louise and her team have literally been the facilitators to my dream from speccing potential through to arranging tenants and all the legal boring stuff. This month I achieved this goal in a little under 2 years!! Without Louise and Castledene "going the extra mile" it would probably still be merely a dream! Thank you is not enough Louise !
