I applied for a property through Belvoir, I was told from two different members of staff that because I was on a 0 hours contract that I would a letter from my employer stating that my days and hours are guaranteed to be 40+ a week (which they are) my employer sent this email, I paid half of the deposit and now Belvoir have stated that it wouldn’t have mattered either way. So I have been lied to, got my hopes up for nothing! My employer even phoned the office to explain. Why put me through all of that for no reason. Angry and upset doesn’t even cover it.

The staff are Rude, condescending and very unprofessional. We rented a 3 bed property for 3 tenants. There was only 2 beds in the FURNISHED house as was advertised. I bought a bed for my Brother. I got money deducted from my deposit for disposal of said bed. We kept the house immaculate during our tenancy. I got charged £110 for cleaning also. STAY AWAY! disgusting company. Stephen

We rented a property through belvoir falkirk in the past. I found them unprofessional, petty, difficult. If you are thinking about using this agent , stay away!

Landlords- Please save yourself from frustration and exasperation and DO NOT use this company. Unprofessional, forgetful, unhelpful. I'm not sure how they remain in business, but frankly don't care. Just avoid.

This company is an absolute joke, they are rude, unhelpful, they left us in a flat for 3 days without lifting carpets which had been flooded with waste from an overflowing toilet, the staff are complete idiots, I have rented for 10 years and dealt with various landlords and I can honestly say ive never been so angry in my life at the ignorance of these fools, they could not give a damn about anything apart from the standing order that comes out your bank every month... if you have any sense, avoid like the plague!!!!!

I would not recommend this

I would not recommend this company. My tenancy was passed to them when the Lettings agency I was with ceased trading in Falkirk. It was a constant fight to get any repairs done and I was continually told that it was the landlords fault. He would not authorise repairs. When I ended my tenancy I was told they would no longer deal with this landlord. Lo and behold they still are!!!!!!

Rude! So unprofessional.

Every member of staff I have dealt with over the past few weeks, have been rude, condescending, and unhelpful - in person and over the phone. Gave them thorough details to help me search for a place to live, and not once did they contact me with any properties that had become available that matched my criteria, when I contacted them they were again, rude and unhelpful. Had arranged a viewing for a property, which I had to take time off work for, to be told 10 minutes before the appointment that the landlord wouldn't accept a pet, even though I had asked if this would be a problem when booking the appointment. Waste of time dealing with these people. Will never consider a property that Belvoir is dealing with in the future.

Rented a property from

Rented a property from Falkirk branch. Was promised that it would be painted professionally, garden would be cleared of weeds, rubbish, ect. Grass cut, fence painted, slabs and rubble moved, threshold bars put down and to this date 11 weeks later nothing is done and because I complained they handed house back to owner and terminated contract. Just like most people they tell you they will call you back but never do. They're just money grabbers. Stay well clear of Belvoir Falkirk.
