Very helpful and friendly staffs!

Overall a great company (the staff make it!) to deal with. The only thing I would like them to get back to us when we have requested things from the landlord, even if the answer is no.

Update: I was contacted and we had a meeting. They were very nice and very helpful. I will update again if I do my business with them, which is a distinct possibility. Initial Post: I phoned wanting them to potentially manage my flat. I rang and it went to voicemail, I left a message, no call back. I called again, the person dealing with this was busy, left my details, no callback. It must be good that there is so much business that you don't need customers! Not impressed.

I visited regarding a neighbours flat which is managed by Belvoir. They are only interested in collecting money . I still have a problem, and the source of the problem is the Belvoir flat

Issues take forever to be dealt with and poor communication.

Staff were pleasant and professional, and quick to respond to queries. The office in Falkirk is also a nice environment. Unfortunately, we had numerous issues with our rental property, namely damp, which were not satisfactorily addressed. The damp got progressively worse and we advised Belvoir at each development, but no action was taken. It was unclear whether this was due to Belvoir or the owner, but I did not feel Belvoir weighed our interests against the owner's, rather they were a buffer and our concern weren't really taken into account. If I could avoid it, I wouldn't use them again.
