Rude! So unprofessional.

Every member of staff I have dealt with over the past few weeks, have been rude, condescending, and unhelpful - in person and over the phone. Gave them thorough details to help me search for a place to live, and not once did they contact me with any properties that had become available that matched my criteria, when I contacted them they were again, rude and unhelpful. Had arranged a viewing for a property, which I had to take time off work for, to be told 10 minutes before the appointment that the landlord wouldn't accept a pet, even though I had asked if this would be a problem when booking the appointment. Waste of time dealing with these people. Will never consider a property that Belvoir is dealing with in the future.
