Bad experience with this branch, no confirmation of viewing appointments even after calling them twice, I would have turned up to find out the property was already rented.NegativeProfessionalism

Just to make ALL landlords aware that this company is Actively Blocking credible tenant's from having opportunity to Rent using an unfair and Biast Approach?! After contacting Several letting agencies ALL of which have confirmed NO problem at all to safely rent under government guidelines. Belvoir have Actively blocked and advised "100% credit score Long term A class historyTenant" from any opportunity of a property saying they will only "accept" homeless and people not an any current accommodation. Surly as a Landlord you would welcome a long standing well established good faith Tenant than an emergency occupier? The only reason during a Pandemic for a move from my current property occupied 4 years is it is being Sold. According to Belvoir that is not emergency enough. All Landlords deserve to know they are blocking good opportunity for genuine Tenant's. I will use another Agency however now mis out on the "Preferred" property which I am in no doubt any Landlord would have "wished" to a Genuine Tenant I hope you don't entrust these rouges to Market your property Unfair and frankly unfit Agent will only bring you probably the worst of renter's.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

I'm sorry you've been disappointed in not being able to view a property that you're interested in. At Belvoir Falkirk we are taking government guidance very seriously in order to protect the safety of our staff and clients. This means that during a lockdown, only essential home moves are going ahead until we are out of lockdown, which we all hope will be in the next month or so. If a landlord is selling a property then they must currently issue 6 months' notice so while we appreciate that a tenant in this situation would want to arrange a new home as soon as possible, it is feasible to wait until we are out of lockdown. When restrictions ease, we would be more than happy to try and help you with finding a new home and we wish you well with your search.

Don't use this company. They will keep your deposit, causing you so much stress and anxiety. Property was cleaned and they say its not up to their standards. They still keep deposit. Don't give them satisfaction to con you.Staff it's not professional. My wife and I still suffering emotional damage that is done by those people in "Belvoir". They are only interested in your money not in service that they are payed to provide. They are truly the worst letting agent. They licence should be seized, as they are not fit for purpose. Not that this company it's incapable of doing the bussines I can also say that staff it's so rude and will treat you with contempt and rudeness. Especially certen staff who act like sheriff .

What a dreadful organisation to have to deal with. Cannot believe that they do not accept a guarantor for a student who is 21! Insist that a 21 year old student must have a permanent employment contract with a salary of >£12000....... Just means ignoring any property rented out through these people! And reminder to self, not to rent my property out through them!

The little Hitler dude that shows you round properties thinks he owns the Company. Poor letting agent. No customer service, only after your money. Best not to go near them.

Very poor experience with Belvoir. Office staff friendly but other staff made me feel like I was a squatter in my home for over 5 years with 3 monthly inspections, condescending remarks, tradesmen entering my property and grounds without my permission and damaging my property. Property in garage ruined with leaking roof that owner refused to repair. House was initially left in an unclean state. When I complained I was told that it had been deep cleaned even though I found underwear behind the heaters. I sent them 3 pages of an excel spreadsheet of snagging but it wasn't even looked at. I spent weeks ensuring the house and garden were in a clean and tidy state, much cleaner than I got it but still got 400 pound deducted from my deposit. When I had emergencies like suspected gas leaks and locked myself out due to faulty locks I was asked why I had phoned Belvoir, they were shut and told to contact a tradesperson. After living in a property that was my home for over 5 years the least I would have expected from belvoir from a tenant who had always maintained payments and property was to thank me for my custom and wish me well in my new home.
