As a tenant with Belvoir for over 5 years I can only say that my experience with the company has been nothing but positive. They have always dealt with me in a professional and courteous manner, and I don't think anyone can ask much more than that. Jacquie and Denise are the people I have mainly dealt with and I am more than happy to say they are both very good at their jobs. Highly recommended.

All aspect of property letting is taken care of and regular contact with the Belvoir team keeps us updated with any issues and decisions to be made. I would be happy to recommend this company and indeed have already recommended it to prospective landlords.Although at first I thought they were very fussy (compared with the company I was with before), I now appreciate this very feature - especially in keeping everything up-to-date as to the law side of things. I have to say Belvoir have taken care of everything and sourced maintenance at more than reasonable rates. We are kept informed of everything and asked before any financial outlay. I approached becoming a Landlord with a level of trepidation just over two years ago and those concerns remained with me until I found Belvoir at 38 Vicar Street, Falkirk. From the very outset, they impressed me with their high level of professionalism, very helpful assistance at all times and courtesy. We have received excellent service from Mike and Amanda Campbell at Belvoir Falkirk over the last three years. They have been willing to take on any difficulties that have come up and have made the process of keeping our flat occupied by good (and satisfied) tenants entirely trouble-free. I'm surprised to find only a middling rating given to Belvoir generally and feel this must not take into account the personal factor found in a smaller local agency such as we are dealing with.

Belvoir Staff, your professionalism is excellent. You work as a team. Once you promise you keep the promise, it may seem longer, but you fulfil. You communicate well.
