During my time with Umega Lettings I had absolutely fantastic service! And to Simon and Amit and the landlady who handled us (I believe I am allowed to mention the agents' names) thank you- they were exceptional and easy to talk to. My partner and I moved into a flat, application was quick and easy, flat was beautifully clean and the inventory was documented accurately. Whenever we had an issue or query it was answered promptly and handled efficiently. We moved away from Edinburgh recently and when we moved out the procedure was straightforward. The inventory/deposit handling was well done and realistic with regards to wear and tear. We received our full deposit with zero issues. One thing that I liked about this company is that they have their own handy-workers. I believe having this made the company have less complications and also have much quicker responses to fix problems than other leading letting agencies in the city. Very impressed and would 100% recommend. Best out of the three letting agencies I used while living in Edinburgh.

I was looking for a letting agency to manage rental flats in Edinburgh. I asked around amongst friends who were currently renting flats to find out which agencies gave a decent service to tenants, as I didn't want my tenants subjected to the usual horror stories of bad or non existent service. I got in touch with them, and they were able to provide everything I needed: assistance with acquiring off-market property; a fully managed refurbishment service; and a full management service. I really can't fault any aspect of the work that Umega has done for me, and they often go above and beyond what I expect. At the same time their prices are very good, and actually seem a little lower than the industry norm. Umega Lettings provides an excellent service that you can really rely on. Any issues are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. We have a dedicated Relationship Manager, Rebecca who is excellent, always very responsive to queries and gets things done when we have any issues with tenants or properties.
