I would like to share my appreciation for your staff Claire, Isla and Grant as they have been so supportive and patient with my situation, changing tenancy over to my name. They also gave clear advice and instructions for me even at times with the language barrier. They kindly spoke to my support worker on many occasions when it became difficult to move forward. They showed sensitivity and empathy to my case knowing that I needed to feel safe with my daughter in my home. They were patient waiting 2 months for UC to make a decision about my housing benefit and I will always be grateful for this.
