U-mega were very helpful and efficient whilst we were trying to secure a property to let. They acted fluently and quickly during communications with the Landlord. The process was made simple even though all 3 tenants were in different cities at the time. Jacqueline was very responsive and always kept us up to date on progress. We rented the same flat through Umega Lettings for five years and our dealings with them have always been excellent. In spite of the Agency being such a busy one, we always felt that we received a friendly and personal service. Nikki Moore has, especially, been so helpful to us. Living in an older flat and renting for some time, there were a few maintenance issues but they were always dealt with promptly and efficiently. Now that we have our own place – we are already missing Nikki’s assistance! We simply cannot fault Umega and based on our dealings with Nikki, would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Umega have managed my flat for over 3 years and have done a fantastic job. They keep me posted with any issues tenants' have had and always resolved these quickly. They have always 'pre marketed' the flat after tenants' gave notice, resulting in my property never being vacant for more than 2 days. They are easy to deal with and respond to requests very quickly. They advise when rents should be increased between tenancy. A great service at a very reasonable rate.
