Dealt with Umega for 18 months now and they have been brill. Service consistently great, good comms, friendly and efficient. All I could ask for in a lettings company! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used Umega since 2007 and the greatest compliment I can say is that I almost forget I've got a property with them since everything is taken care of so well! For example a major leak in the property, one call from me to my insurer, who I then ask to correspond with Umega and they took care of absolutely everything else which must have been quite complex getting in the correct people to fix, re-decorate and organise this around the tenant. They always keep me very informed when changes occur (e.g. new tenants, maintenance) and respond promptly when I ask a question.

Another great service from Umega - new tenants just moved in to my flat & the process was very smooth. The Umega team worked hard to secure a new tenant with virtually no gap in rental period & went above & beyond getting the required maintenance work with done to get flat ready Thanks Umega !!

I have moved to Ediburgh recently and was looking out for an apartment near my office and after going through multiple viewings I had almost lost hope that I would ever get any decent apartment near my office. Then I got a call from Umega and they came up with an apartment which was just 4 minutes walk from my office was reasonably priced and with all the amenities which a person ask for. The agency was quick in responding to queries and advising on how to go about with the process of booking the apartment. I am highly satisfied with the agency and would recommend them to everyone who is planning to move to Edinburgh.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience renting through Umega Lettings. My e-mails were always responded to promptly and any issues were speedily dealt with. Special mention to our property manager, Nikki, who was always very helpful and friendly.

As a (very busy!) mother of 2 I needed a letting agent I could trust. I was referred Umega by my sister-in-law and have to say that I have been incredibly impressed over the past 3 years. As much as I don’t want to have to get a sink unblocked at my wee flat, it’s actually very nice hearing from the Umega team as they are a chirpy bunch who put a smile on my face and its reassuring to hear they’re on top of things. We have been using Umega Lettings to service a let in an Edinburgh property we own. They have always been very professional and friendly with us. They listen to both sides of any issues between landlords and tenants and find sensible solutions. The team in the office are always willing to help if you visit. I'd say they are certainly worth considering, if you are either a tenant or a landlord.
