Umega has managed our property in Edinburgh for a number of years and the service has been faultless whether they are organising maintenance, managing departing tenants, organising inspections, managing remedial works, or the process of marketing. Most recently from the moment we were notified our tenants were leaving Umega were on the case and within a matter of days had remarketed the property and identified the works required to ensure the property was up to scratch. Being an overseas landlord we relied on Umega to organise everything and can genuinely say there wasn’t a moment in the process where we didn’t feel up to date and supported. I recently went through the process of swapping into a tenancy agreement at a property with Umega. They have been, by a clear distance, the best letting agents I've worked with. Simon Douglas and Storm Lomax, in particular, who handled my swap over/application at different stages were both excellent. They both responded very quickly to any questions I had, provided clear and useful guidance, and worked flexibly and constructively to accommodate the particular details of my case. They were also positive, enthusiastic and a general pleasure to work with along with everyone else I encountered at Umega, who I would fully recommend to anyone.

Umega Lettings have been an absolute dream to have as our letting agency. Their professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness made our time with them an absolute pleasure. Very quick with repair requests and always checking in with us. What was the best part of our experience was that they put tenants first, ALWAYS, and are very reasonable and understanding of any situation. They gave us an opportunity to polish up a few cleaning jobs after out tenancy ended so that we would not be charged for cleaning, an example of how caring and amazing they are! I had a great experience with Umega from start to finish. The viewing and securing experience was as stress free as possible and every staff member I spoke to was helpful and accommodating. However, the real star was Erin Whyte, the best property manager I have ever had! She was always quick to reply to emails and fill out forms, even helping me move flats by responding to other agencies' reference requests within a matter of hours! Erin's friendly, helpful attitude and reliability made me feel sure that I could rely on her in any event. She is a credit to Umega and I wish she could manage all of my future properties.
