I recently went through the process of swapping into a tenancy agreement at a property with Umega. They have been, by a clear distance, the best letting agents I've worked with. Simon Douglas and Storm Lomax, in particular, who handled my swap over/application at different stages were both excellent. They both responded very quickly to any questions I had, provided clear and useful guidance, and worked flexibly and constructively to accommodate the particular details of my case. They were also positive, enthusiastic and a general pleasure to work with along with everyone else I encountered at Umega, who I would fully recommend to anyone.

From the first moment of emailing Umega I had very professional and very helpful communication from Robert, Claire and Upod3 team. They were understanding of my current position and were very quick to respond as I was setting up my flat to let in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Umega to any potential landlords.

Umega Lettings have been an absolute dream to have as our letting agency. Their professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness made our time with them an absolute pleasure. Very quick with repair requests and always checking in with us. What was the best part of our experience was that they put tenants first, ALWAYS, and are very reasonable and understanding of any situation. They gave us an opportunity to polish up a few cleaning jobs after out tenancy ended so that we would not be charged for cleaning, an example of how caring and amazing they are! I had a great experience with Umega from start to finish. The viewing and securing experience was as stress free as possible and every staff member I spoke to was helpful and accommodating. However, the real star was Erin Whyte, the best property manager I have ever had! She was always quick to reply to emails and fill out forms, even helping me move flats by responding to other agencies' reference requests within a matter of hours! Erin's friendly, helpful attitude and reliability made me feel sure that I could rely on her in any event. She is a credit to Umega and I wish she could manage all of my future properties.

We're moving into our new flat in a couple of weeks, and the application and moving-in process with Umega has been so easy! Even Umega letting is the first letting agent I am using, but I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them. I have heard lot of negative rumours about letting agents but Umega did not disappointed my at all. Rebecca and Claire are always responsive, they are very professional and friendly during my tenancy process, all my queries are quickly answered and the tenancy process went smoothly. After moving in, Gemma from relationship team have quickly answered all my questions and follow up with the landlord if necessary, this is very helpful for my stay. Just rented with Umega and the process was super smooth. The tenancy team was very responsive to all issues and ensured that the transition went smoothly; especially Flora Bruce.
