I had a great experience with Umega from start to finish. The viewing and securing experience was as stress free as possible and every staff member I spoke to was helpful and accommodating. However, the real star was Erin Whyte, the best property manager I have ever had! She was always quick to reply to emails and fill out forms, even helping me move flats by responding to other agencies' reference requests within a matter of hours!
