Umega has managed our property in Edinburgh for a number of years and the service has been faultless whether they are organising maintenance, managing departing tenants, organising inspections, managing remedial works, or the process of marketing. Most recently from the moment we were notified our tenants were leaving Umega were on the case and within a matter of days had remarketed the property and identified the works required to ensure the property was up to scratch.
