Even Umega letting is the first letting agent I am using, but I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them. I have heard lot of negative rumours about letting agents but Umega did not disappointed my at all. Rebecca and Claire are always responsive, they are very professional and friendly during my tenancy process, all my queries are quickly answered and the tenancy process went smoothly. After moving in, Gemma from relationship team have quickly answered all my questions and follow up with the landlord if necessary, this is very helpful for my stay. Just rented with Umega and the process was super smooth. The tenancy team was very responsive to all issues and ensured that the transition went smoothly; especially Flora Bruce. We detected an early fault with the shower and we had the team work on it promptly. Credit to Maciej Walachowski who delivered the job professionally. Recently started renting from Umega and they’ve been an amazing company to work with. Had quite a few problems with our flat which we didn’t expect to encounter, however our contacts from Umega (mainly Erin Whyte from Upod 4) have always been very friendly and quick to respond to any of our emails and phone calls. All repairs needed have been carried out almost instantly, especially considering the current circumstances. Having seen other friends in Edinburgh have major issues with a lack of communication from other companies, I feel really lucky to have found such a great company and team of people. From the beginning when we were enquiring about the flat, Emily Hazlitt was incredibly helpful in answering all our unending questions! Definitely recommend renting from Umega
