Recently started renting from Umega and they’ve been an amazing company to work with. Had quite a few problems with our flat which we didn’t expect to encounter, however our contacts from Umega (mainly Erin Whyte from Upod 4) have always been very friendly and quick to respond to any of our emails and phone calls. All repairs needed have been carried out almost instantly, especially considering the current circumstances. Having seen other friends in Edinburgh have major issues with a lack of communication from other companies, I feel really lucky to have found such a great company and team of people. After that, Emma also assisted us in the follow-up operations and successfully moved into the house. After the COVID-19 outbreak this year, I had to return home early. Umega's team Upod1 helped me deal with the expiration of my house, which provided me with great convenience. Thanks again for their help.
