My experience with Umega has been very positive right from the start. From my first discussion with them they were able to explain the various stages involved in letting my flat. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. I would particularly like to thank Mohammad, Natasha and Callum for keeping me informed about how things were progressing throughout the whole process. I found them not only relaxed and friendly but also efficient and conscientious. Finally I would like to say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Umega to anyone interested in renting or letting property.
