Umega Lettings have been an absolute dream to have as our letting agency. Their professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness made our time with them an absolute pleasure. Very quick with repair requests and always checking in with us. What was the best part of our experience was that they put tenants first, ALWAYS, and are very reasonable and understanding of any situation. They gave us an opportunity to polish up a few cleaning jobs after out tenancy ended so that we would not be charged for cleaning, an example of how caring and amazing they are! Special mention must go to Erin Whyte who was our relationship manager throughout our tenancy and Emily Hazlitt who helped us through the initial stages of the process before moving into the property.
