They did right by us a few times, but a very sudden rent hike makes me think they're headed the Airbnb route. Theyre pretty good as a rental company, normal levels of frugalness.

Talking as a tenant, they were Ok until we found a property and paid 6 months upfront to rent it but when our landlord wouldn't return our deposit (which he also did to the previous tenants) we tried to let them know but they were not interested..

An overall good and acceptable experience, they were quick to fix a broken shower and ordering a new fridge, however the flat was not very clean upon moving in (such as pubic hair in the shower, discussed it via email with pictures, etc) and they also charge £30 for a tenant reference that took 1 minute to complete via a link, hence the 3 stars.

Not a great look for the company when the company branded car is being driven over the speed limit and tailgating people who are driving at the speed limit. Is anything really that urgent at 9:15am on a Sunday morning?

Our employees do not work weekends, and we are currently aware that our company vehicles are with the service garage and not in use until Monday morning. We absolutely do not condone any dangerous or inconsiderate driving, whether by our staff or others using our branded vehicles. To clarify, tenancy agreements in Scotland are regulated by the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016, which sets out legal obligations for landlords, tenants, and letting agents. The Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) is the standard lease agreement, and we are legally required to follow its terms. Having reviewed your case, we note that your request involved removing yourself from a shared tenancy. Under Scottish law: A joint tenant cannot unilaterally exit a tenancy without agreement from all other tenants or the landlord. Remaining tenants must either find a suitable replacement or agree to cover the departing tenant’s share. As the letting agent, we must conduct the necessary referencing checks on any incoming tenant before approving a replacement. This process requires coordination between multiple parties, and while we strive to facilitate it as efficiently as possible, responses from tenants and landlords can sometimes delay progress.
