Nicole was highly professional, was already at the avenue before the scheduled viewing time. She was very receptive and willing to answer all my queries to the best of her ability. Thank you Nicole, though I won’t be going forward with that particular property due to the location but I would be very grateful to view any similar property within Edinburgh.

Returning to the UK after a long period abroad, I called into ELC to express interest in a property and to ask for some advice about how best to make a rental application without the usual UK credit record information. Nicole and Fraser were extremely helpful and reassuring. Highly recommended. Much more personal and personable service than some of the larger Edinburgh agencies.
