ELC have been so helpful, both with me finding a place as well as once moving in. Finding a place in Edinburgh was not easy at all, especially when you’re a foreigner, however thanks to Claudia I was able to find a place in such a beautiful area. Also once moving, anything that needed to be fixed was approved and managed just within a few days, even for something as big as an oven - Daniel kept me updated throughout the whole process. They are a very professional company who really value their customers’ opinions; I would definitely recommend them!

As an ex-tenant I found the agency's team very supportive and friendly and I'm sorry to leave due to my new job in Cambridge. Claudia and Daniel have both been amazingly helpful every step of the way. My partner and I decided to move to a new house, and the entire process, from booking our first viewing, to signing our lease and picking up keys, has been very smooth and straightforward. Nothing like the stress-inducing communications with other agency companies. Would definitely recommend.
