From the start, we were very impressed with the explanation of the services provided and the confidence of the presentation. The ability to find potential buyers was correctly registered and the subsequent stream of viewings over a short period was impressive, particularly when compared to the low level of activities shown by the joint agent. A firm offer of the asking price on only the fifth day was also well above average expectations. Relationships with the day to day dealings thereafter were friendly and very efficient. Good advice could always be relied on. Although stress during house moves are to be expected, it was kept well in bounds, even to us "wrinklies". Overall, an exceptionally good service and deserving a high recommendation..

We recently purchased 4 West End Cottages in Ripley through Robert and his team. It was a complicated process due to a number of factors, made more difficult because we needed to complete by the 31st of March to avoid paying the double stamp duty. Our buyer created numerous problems and it looked like we weren't going to make it. Despite the fact that we weren't selling through Curchods, Robert stepped in and negotiated with our buyer and helped to pull the whole thing together. Without him, we simply couldn't have done it. His service has been excellent all the way through the process and in the final weeks was simply outstanding. We really can't praise him enough.

We dealt with the Godalming branch of Burns and Webber buying our house and found their professionalism, speed of response and pro-activity top notch. I would like to commend Robbie in particular for making the whole process of buying a house far less stressful than I could ever have imagined.
