Curchods found a buyer very quickly and the property went under offer. there were delays from the buyers side which delayed the process and sadly my father died in January and the whole sale was tied up in Probate. Kate has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process - dealing with lawyers, banks, buyers (and me!) whilst at the same time being very sensitive towards me and my sister during this difficult time. Frankly I cannot fault them at all. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. This demonstrates the value in using a good estate agent. Once there we got plenty of viewings, always accompanied, and got good feedback from the agents. They managed us all through lockdown 1 and pro-actively promoted our sale so we got to move just before lockdown 2.
