A little longer than I thought!

From my initial viewing and my first offer, the process of buying a house took a while longer than I thought it would, however I was lucky enough to have Lucy at the end of the phone keeping me up to date with all the twist and turns the vendors were doing. So finally the day nears when I collect the keys to my new house and the work really begins so I would like to thank Lucy and everyone at Curchods for all your hard work.

Unoccupied house sale in difficult times

Curchods managed to maintain momentum in our house sale despite a number of trying difficulties further down the chain which led to the chain breaking on two occasions resulting in a protracted sale. Despite this the sale was successful with the added bonus of a higher sale price after each interruption of the chain!

Finding the right buyer for the family him either that's been part of the family for 50 years..

In a difficult market Clive, Kate and Lucy persevered to find the right buyer for a wonderful property that my parents bought in the 60's and has been "Home" for the whole of my life. Difficult to say goodbye to a member of the family but I am confident Curchods found a buyer who will appreciate, improve and enjoy the house.
