Curchods in Horsley, Surrey, managed the sale and purchase of our new house there. They were very flexible around times of viewings, and handled a difficult probate process with graciousness. We visited many times, 5 or more, with the agents, and they were always polite and patient. They also intervened when necessary to keep the legal process moving forward between the conveyancing solicitors. Even though the sales process was long as a result of the probate, there were no hiccups.
