Once again a fantastic service. Felice was fabulous, so helpful, efficient, friendly, knowledgable and found us amazing tenants. She made the whole experience slightly less stressful and delivered on everything as promised. The team were always available and any questions promptly answered. Sandfield Primary School would like to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Curchods who have helped with sponsorship for our Summer and Christmas Fair this year. We are a tiny one form entry school in the heart of Guildford town centre and struggle for funding and support from local businesses. Curchods have always taken the time to listen and support wherever possible. Last year the money they donated helped towards much needed playground resurfacing and this year will help buy Sports and Science Equipment which will be enjoyed by children at Sandfield for many years to come. A little longer than I thought! "From my initial viewing and my first offer, the process of buying a house took a while longer than I thought it would, however I was lucky enough to have Lucy at the end of the phone keeping me up to date with all the twist and turns the vendors were doing.
