Excellent customer service and great communication throughout
I bought a house through Curchods East Horsley and dealt with Lucy who is a real pro. Super efficient, great communication from start to finish and you get the feeling she's someone who really cares about the people involved in the process. A genuine customer service ethos. Thanks guys, it was the smoothest move I've ever done.

Outstanding service
We had tried several agents to seek our rather niche market house but after 16 months we had had no luck. We transferred to Curchods, and the team there seemed to get the bit between their teeth and regard it as a personal challenge to seek the place. And lo and behold - they have! I absolutely cannot fault Kate and Lucy. They kept us informed at all times ( even then there was nothing to inform is about, but just to keep in touch ) and they encouraged us to review the situation regularly. They were always at the end of a phone or email, and we were never left without an answer or wondering what was going on. I cannot praise them highly enough..

Curchods were so helpful in making our move relatively stress free from marketing to completion
We used Curchods for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new property. From the outset they were courteous, thoughtful about the market during and post Brexit referendum, and honest in their dealings with us. They were also emphatically upbeat when the chain broke down below us and when the legal; process inevitably slowed down awaiting the necessary search documents. Whilst we really hope not to be moving again in the next few years we would heartily recommend Curchods to anyone. .

A super estate agency
I think many people approach estate agents with a bit of trepidation, not knowing how straightforward the relationship will be. My experience with Curchods was exemplary and all of my fears were for nothing. Kate and her team were exceptional and they felt more like friends than a business. Being the one selling, I was kept very much informed on all matters and was kept calm. I have already recommended them to many friends and now it's going public! Thanks especially to my main contact, Robert!!

Friendly, Efficient, Professional
Robert showed us round several properties and provided good insights into the houses and the local area. He was very fair and articulate when we discussed house prices and regularly kept in contact throughout the time we were under offer. He went out of his way to assist in answering some late queries and helped co-ordinate the vendor's solicitors to facilitate a time pressured exchange of contracts. He was always available to answer questions and presented a friendly and welcoming first impression of the Horsley locality.

Professional and friendly service
We were very pleased with the service offered by Curchods and would happily recommend them. They were quick to respond to our initial enquiry and Kate demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local market and was very professional. The property was on the market quickly and Curchods arranged an impressive number of viewings in a short space of time. Brilliant service!
We began our property search over a year ago, and the first property we viewed in the Horsley area was with Robert Jenkins. Throughout the ups and downs of trying to purchase a new home, he has been an absolute delight to deal with. Robert understood exactly what we were looking for from the very beginning, he provided honest advice throughout, was always positive, never tried to suggest we needed to make compromises on what we were after, and has been helpful above and beyond expectation. When not in the office or available to speak to, I could always rely on his prompt reply to my calls or queries. Even as a home buyer, I felt Robert had our best interests at heart, and I am so pleased that the home we finally purchased was through Curchods. During the course of viewing many properties, we have also met and dealt with the other members of the Curchods East Horsley team, and each one has been equally informative, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lucy provided Outstanding service mainly due to her energy and knowing her customers requirements

Balanced, realistic, efficient, firm and also courteous.
With the (inexperienced) vendors living in Japan and using me as their intermediary there were inevitable difficulties which Curchods handled very professionally and with much courtesy leading to an excellent outcome. Their judgement and advice was consistently sound. A very good all round performance.
