Kate Dancey and her team at Curchods have been absolutely brilliant as the agents acting for the sale of my fathers house. Last year Dad had to go into a home and the house was put on the market. Curchods found a buyer very quickly and the property went under offer. there were delays from the buyers side which delayed the process and sadly my father died in January and the whole sale was tied up in Probate. Kate has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process - dealing with lawyers, banks, buyers (and me!) whilst at the same time being very sensitive towards me and my sister during this difficult time. Frankly I cannot fault them at all. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. This demonstrates the value in using a good estate agent. There is so much more to the sale of a property than just getting the property on the market and getting an offer. Having sold our house in East Horsley back in the summer through a very difficult time, Curchods were amazing in how professional and thorough they were in the sale of our property. They went the extra mile in terms of getting the right photos, even coming out in their own time to re-do photos in the best possible light. We were always given 24 hours notice of appointments and they always listened to what we wanted. Where they were most impressive, was through the actual completion of the deal, through constant liaison with the buyer and both lawyers - I would 100% recommend them above all the other agents in East Horsley!!

We were very pleased with the services we received from all the team at Curchods in East Horsley. We started talking to the manager, Kate, about a year before we actually put our house on the market. Once there we got plenty of viewings, always accompanied, and got good feedback from the agents. They managed us all through lockdown 1 and pro-actively promoted our sale so we got to move just before lockdown 2. We found the team were always professional and had good advice when we hit glitches. I would definitely recommend them.

All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and efficient. During a house hunting and buying process you deal with a lot of different agents and I would say that the staff here were the best !! Hopefully we will not need to move for a long time but when we do, we will come to you guys!
