Curchods of East Horsley were the estate agents appointed by the sellers of our home we recently purchased. From start to end, they were brilliant! They were patient, kept in constant communication and facilitated some very tricky negotiations within a fairly fragile chain. We had a fairly painful two year search due to the state of the housing market. However, Curchods were fantastic - very attentive and helpful, particularly after we had several setbacks in our search.
