Huge thank you to the people at Nicol & Co. After reading the other reviews, I decided to use them to sell my bungalow and couldn't have made a better decision. The sale was hassle free from start to finish. Robin came round and valued the property and suggested coming back another day to take the pictures on a sunnier day. The property was advertised on the Wednesday and sold by Friday and with the help of Neil we got more than the advertised price! They sorted everything for me and even arranged a meeting with an advisor who helped me sort out the necessary paperwork needed before the sale to avoid any delays, which was a great help. Chloes' weekly update calls were brilliant, she liaised with everyone so that I didn't have to which ultimately made the transaction smooth and hassle free.Thank you all. I cannot recommend Nicol and Co (Droitwich) highly enough. Moving is one of life’s most stressful experiences but they ensured all dealings with their office made the process that little bit easier. My main interactions were with Niamh, Mia and Chloe - their manner was always sunny, polite and helpful. They made me feel like my questions were the most important at that time. When responses were requested they were prompt and complete. The completion process was also very smooth and we were kept fully informed by them at every stage.
