selling our property and the purchase of another
We have been delighted with the service that has been provided by Nicol &Co in particular the ease at which our property sold without any hassle partly because viewings were executed by the staff at Nicol & Co and the speed at which we gained a buyer. This is definitely the agent to be with if you wish to take the stress out of selling.

Both buying and selling through Nicol and Co.
This is our third house sale using Nicol and Co in the UK. We have also bought and sold overseas. However, this is our first experience of buying a house, our family home, through them.......arguably the single most important purchase. Their structure is second to none. From finding you that perfect home to its viewing, it's negotiation on price, it's progress, every last detail is covered. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. In regards to their service/s we have worked with some firm favourites within the agency over the years, but more recently we've been fortunate to work with Paul Spregg. Paul is brilliant, he, in fairness, has probably pulled the short straw each time as he has accompanied us for the majority of the viewings whilst on our extensive search for that dream house. The enthusiasm, professionalism, honesty and fun we have had on our journey with Paul has been fantastic. His knowledge is extensive, what he doesn't know he'll find out, he has incredible patience, and understanding, always offers an option if required but most importantly he's always done what he says he is going to do. A top class service by a top class company with some top class staff- thank you!

Very helpful and kept me up to date with progress
I was very pleased with the service i received. They were able to keep me informed of any progress with the sale of my grandmothers house and made it simple for me to understand as this was my first time dealing with the property market. Would be quite happy to refer to others.

Selling and purchase
We could not be happier with the customer service we received. From the moment we put our house on the market we were always fully informed and kept up to date with comprehensive feedback. Paul always contacted us with potential properties coming on the market and his professionalism, dedication and patience was amazing whilst we searched for our next property. We found our next property with Matt and his team and from the moment the offer was accepted John constantly kept us updated and informed about the progress and every question was answered without hassle. I would highly recommend the team at Droitwich and am so glad we chose them.

Helpful, charming, and efficient

New Flat - Moving In
Me and my partner were searching for a new flat and got in touch with Nicol & Co to arrange a viewing where we were presented with more then one option / flats to view and found a perfect flat thanks to the team. Thanks to the brilliant Team from Nicol & Co the process was flawless and didn't take long to finish. Amy Hall that dealt with our case was absolutely brilliant helping us above and beyond with any query or issue that we had, being very friendly and professional at the same time. Thank you again Amy, and to the whole Nicol & Co Team for the great service offered and would recommend this great agency to anyone with a smile.

Outstanding service and value for money. Result.
We needed to sell the family home after my Father died. Naturally a difficult time, with a lot of things to sort out. We saw three estate agents, all of the people we met were nice, but only Karen from Nicol and Co came across as willing and able to actually sell the property for us. They did the usual stuff you'd expect a good agent to do, but then they did everything else that you would want, and to date, Nicol and co are the first agents I've ever come across in over 25 years of buying and selling property who have managed this. They did EVERYTHING. They organised an open day, and hosted it. They accompanied every single viewing before and after, I never had to meet any potential buyer. Their various departments kept me informed at every stage of the process, and I really appreciated having experts in each department. And everyone was helpful, polite and prepared to go that extra bit further to help. To give an example of their helpful can do attitude: I contacted them one day after I'd been to the house; I couldn't remember if I'd set the alarm. Paul went round, checked the house was secure and let me know all was well. That is true customer service. Now for the result. Within a few days of the open day they sold the house for about 7% over the offers in excess of price. The way we negotiated the fee structure, we actually paid more than their normal fee, and it was worth every penny. Nicol and Co set the standard for estate agencies everywhere.

Seamless selling process with Nico and Co
