IT WAS A MASTER CLASS!
I have spent most of my working life in leadership and senior- management in the private and public sectors, I have developed and led business development, sales and marketing teams both at the strategic and operational levels. Set against this background, I am demanding and I expect high levels of customer service from all. This afternoon I met Amy Hall for the first time, when viewing two of your properties, I met Amy Hall for the first time ever and I. experienced outstanding service, possibly the best I have ever received. Amy Hall was professional, dynamic, confident, knowledgeable, empathetic, proactive, responsive and is a major credit to your organisation.

I would just like to say how very impressed I was with Amy Laura Hall. We were looking to possibly rent our home out so as to start a new adventure in the equestrian world. Amy arranged for our house to be valued with a view to renting it out in a very prompt, professional and friendly manner and although the property we were going after fell through at the time I would not hesitate to recommend Amy and Nicol and Co as the top Estate Agent. Fantabulous
The viewing was great! Everything that we wanted from the flat and from the agent. We were allowed a very healthy amount of time in the property to view it all fully. 'Amy Hall' the estate agent was extremely helpful to have with us answering any questions we had to ask. Amy would fill us in with property details as we travelled around the property however gave us plenty of time and space to explore for ourselves. Any questions Amy was unsure of she noted down and within 15 minutes of leaving the property I recieved a phone call with all the answers. Can't fault the viewing.

Excellent service from Nicol and co
Amy hall showed me around some rental properties when I was looking for my new home, she was always helpful, knowledgable and nothing was ever too much. Nicol and Co really are a 5* agent.

Had such a great service from Nicol and Co.. the agent we dealt, Amy Hall, was fantastic throughout - very helpful and informative, punctual to appointments and did everything she possibly could for us. Helped us so much in finding what we needed. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Service and Communication
Very very pleased with how Nicol and Co helped me and my partner find our family home. the service was brilliant along with helpful and friendly staff really made us feel great about what was about to happen. Amy Hall showed us the property and explained everything very well and answered all questions well and clear, She also had excellent communication with emails and made the process very easy for us. which made us very happy. Rob Challis went through all the paperwork with us and again answered all questions well and clear. The service that both Amy and Rob gave us was fantastic and made the whole process very easy for us both. we are very grateful for everything that they did.

Quality and caring agent
Whether your buying or selling Nicol & Co do there best to help you. They are attentive to detail, keep you fully informed through out the entire process and when successful then help to deal with other parties like solicitors or agents in a proffessional way. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fabulous team
We have recently sold our property with Nicol and Co in Droitwich, and prior to this sale we rented this property through the lettings department. Both the sales and letting team having been outstanding,in every way. The whole team are professional, competent and extremely knowledgable. I can not praise the service we have received from Nicol and Co enough and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of letting or selling their property.
