House sale delight!
Nicol and Co, particularly, Karen Smith were the right choice of agents for the sale of my little Victorian house. My viewings were carried out with ease and feedback received promptly. Post offer, Karen stepped in when things were getting difficult and protracted with my buyer's solicitor. Karen took ownership of the situation and pushed for progress, knowing Karen was moving matters forward in her professional manner, helped reduce the stress of house selling and today, because of Karen's intervention and tenacity, I have exchanged on my property, meaning I can now start a new part of my life with my partner and children. Happy! Finding someone you can trust and carries out commitments made is so important in something so major in life as selling a house. Thank you Karen and rest of the Nicol and Co team.

Excellent service from start to finish
We have recently bought a property through Nicol's. We viewed several properties in Droitwich, mainly through Nicol's, They updated us with relevant properties, without wasting our time with unsuitable properties. Viewings were always conducted very professionally, but in a friendly and relaxed way. After agreeing a purchase, we were kept very well informed during a rather protracted period before exchange. The icing on the cake was a welcome pack, with a few useful items, but most importantly information about and some offers from local shops and services. My only negative comment would be their use of 'Offers Over', which can lead to a rather stressful bidding process. However, these seemed to be carried out in a perfectly fair and well organised way; and I understand that their job is to maximise profit for their client.. In my experience, Nicol and Co is a very professional, well organised, and friendly estate agent..

Outstanding professionalism-Karen Smith
Having recently inherited my late father's property in Droitwich, I was placed in a situation I had not previously dealt with, that of selling a property. The property is located within a retirement estate and upon asking the estate manager, the recommendation of Nicol & Co was provided. I contacted Nicol & Co and spoke with Karen Smith, whom from the outset helped allay my apprehension and also was keen, polite and of the most import, erudite. I had a few options regarding the choice of estate agencies and whilst there was a difference in rates, when my final decision was made, it was predominantly influenced by Karen's knowledge and Karen's polite and extremely helpful demeanour. I have posed Karen many a question regarding the sale process, even one regarding a minor difference of opinion between siblings and Karen acquitted herself admirably (and in the case of the difference of opinion, diplomatically!) with her answers. Based on my experience, Nicol & Co have an exemplary employee in Karen Smith and as a client I'm exceedingly grateful to Karen.

Quick , Efficient , very professional and friendly
Dealt with few people at Nicole and co in Droitwich . Amy and Benito were very helpful friendly and very professional . They did exactly what they said they would do and there was never a problem. Would recommend them to any one . Thanks guys .
