Excellent, friendly and professional
We used Nicol and Co to both sell our property and purchase another. We found Nicol and Co to be amazingly professional and always there to help us when we needed, Everyone at the Droitwich branch was friendly and we felt like they were there just to help us! Nigel White at the Worcester branch was amazing when trying to reach completion on both properties. He was in constant contact with us to update us on all parties of the completion. I would highly recommend the Droitwich branch of Nicol and Co.

Sale & Purchase
We have just sold & purchased through Nicol & Co John Powell mostly dealt with both (although we appreciate their is a team at Nicol&Co that work in perfect harmony) Can we just say John was brilliant, we think we have tested his patience once or twice but he is calm, very professional, and gets deals over the line

Fantastic service
Benito and the team that dealt with us were fantastic when it came to finding us our new home. The whole process was straight forward and stress free and that's exactly what we needed. When we left we were given our keys and a lovely little hamper with some moving in essentials inside, which myself and my partner thought was a lovely touch! Everything has gone perfectly and I think the company is a credit to the landlord because as tenants we already feel so comfortable. We are off to a great start and that's all thanks to Benito and other members of the team. We previously rented from Andrew Grant and there's absolutely no competition when it comes to great service in my opinion. Wish we'd have gone with nicol and co at the start. All around fantastic experience :-)

Fantastic service from a great agent
I needed to source accommodation for a new colleague at very short notice. Having been let down by one agent, I turned to Nicol & Co and received a brilliant service from start to finish. I dealt with Benito, and despite setting him the challenge of getting the tenant into the flat within a few days, he pulled out all the stops to make sure it happened. He was always at the end of the phone or email if I had any queries, and did everything possible to get the application and paperwork through as quickly as possible. I was so impressed by the quality and speed of the service that I've now asked Nicol & Co to help me with my own rental needs and look forward to working with Benito and the team again.

Excellent
We have just sold our house with Nicol and Co. Excellent staff, and communication, Every question, issue and problem was addressed with complete professioalism. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very polite and approachable. Special thanks to John and Nigel for all your help.

Excellent service throughout transaction
From the first instance Nicol and Co were great with assisting us in selling our house very quickly.. Also Natasha was great in helping us find a house to purchase and ensuring we were always advised of suitable properties coming to market as early as possible. During the process Nigel kept us informed and worked hard to keep all the chain on the same track. I would recommend Nicol and Co and they would definitely be my first call should I consider selling my property in the future. Thanks guys.

Hard Working & Professional
We've used Nicol & Co as both buyers and vendors and Karen and the rest of the team have proved themselves to be very hard working. We had very particular requirements for our last move and Karen worked hard to find the right property for us. As vendors we also found Nicol & Co great agents to work with and we would not hesitate in using them again!

Great Service!
We've been very happy with Nicol and Co from start to finish. We were able to sell our house very quickly and when we ran into problems with our purchase, Karen was excellent in helping to smooth things over to us. I was very impressed with the prompt response to any questions we had by Karen and the rest of the team. Would recommend again.
