Above and Beyond

That's what Karen went for me when selling my house. <br> I was on with another agent who weren't getting the job done. Decided to give Nicol a go, and so glad I did - they sold it. <br> Karen ensured the process went smoothly, dealing with any issues quickly & efficiently. <br> I was then in a position to buy another property, Karen & Paul kept me up-dated with any new properties they had, ensuring I had early viewings., and quite a lot of late viewings as well - Karen accompanied me long after her day should have finished.! <br> Nicol were selling the property I bought, again all phone calls, e-mails etc were answered quickly, Karen navigated the transaction in a very professional manner, from the time we offered to the time we moved in was 3 weeks ! <br> I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

A big thank you once again to all the team at Nicol and co. It's now the second time we have both brought and sold through the Droitwich team at Nicol and co. Nothing is ever to much trouble and the energy flows throughout the whole team . All members who helped me really care about the end result and customer care exoecially Karen. Highly recommend and I wouldn't even entertain using any other agent in the future. Thanks again

Outstanding service, company and staff.

From the initial valuation through to the completion of sale I can't fault this company! Karen came out to do our valuation which turned out to be higher than other local agents I had round. She clearly knows her stuff and the current market as our property sold for the full asking price, much to our delight.. We did have a point when we lost our buyer due to complications further down the chain however within 5 hours they found a new buyer (from their books) which enabled us not to loose the purchase of the house we wanted. All the staff are very approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff knew what was going on in the chain. This helped when popping in as I didn't have to wait to see a particular member of the team. This team know the property market very well in the area and gave excellent advice throughout.! We would highly recommend Droitwich Nicol and Co and already have done to friends.

AMY A Delight and VERY proffesional, and on Time

Refreshing change,someone who actualy does there job. Nothing was too much trouble. Took time to show us round properly without the added sales pressure which can be off putting. Researched history and location questions. Other agents take note please,how it should be done. Buying at the moment,and when selling will definatly be back

Excellent ,professional and efficient.

Karen was a first class agent .she was understanding to our personal requirements and professional and efficient with all the dealings associated with house sale. We decided to take the house off the market for a few months and she telephoned us to reassure us she understood the circumstances and we were encouraged to hear Karen say she will be available to help us when we were ready to proceed with the sale. Karen's telephone contact took a great deal of stress of myself and my husband and this has made us that next time we will not hesitate to contact Karen at Nicole&Co.

Very good

Friendly and approachable agent, arrived punctually and was knowledgeable about the property and area. Good aftercare also. We viewed 7 properties over the space of 2 days and Amy was by far the most professional agent that we met.
