Fantastic, Nicol&Co work as one. You may start to deal with John, but if you call back and he`s out of the office any other member of the team will be able to help, also they will know exactly what the state of play is with your house sale or purchase

A professional service that gives you confidence and reduces stress
A really professional team effort with great communication throughout. Karen has been helpful with advice not just on the sale but also on the move to another area and the sales manager has been great at keeping me posted and advising as things go forward. Great work from all concerned and I would gladly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling - a service that covers you from start to finish!

Professional and friendly
We used Nicol and Co to sell our property. Karen was friendly and informative when she came to our house to give us a valuation. We were confident in the information she gave us and proceeded to put our house on the market with Nicol and Co. Throughout the time we were on the market Karen kept us informed of what was happening and was always positive and friendly.. We were delighted with the service we received and would highly recommend Nicol & Co and Karen to others.

Excellent service
As my husband and I hadn't moved house for 34 years we were very nervous about the process.. Karen impressed us with her knowledge of the local market and made us feel more confident about moving. We put our house in the hands of Nicol @ Co and everyone we dealt with in their office was helpful and gave us good advice. They found a buyer for our house and soon found us a house to buy. Karen especially went the extra mile to help us find a house that met our needs and we really appreciate her hard work.

A NEW BREED OF ESTATE AGENT WHO GOES MORE THAN THE EXTRA MILE!
One review but based on TWO experiences of Nicol & Co – so no fluke! A bit wordy maybe but surely worth just two minutes of your time given how financially impactive it could be if you choose the wrong estate agent! Throw away the stereotypical view you have of estate agents – I have! When this company was created it clearly didn't want to become just another option – it wanted to be the ONLY option through its innovative approach, amazing attention to detail and a genuine desire to sell your house for the best price and support you throughout the process. Would you be happy if your agent: 1. Not only valued your house higher than anyone else but also went on to exceed the asking price 2. Completed a sale subject to contract within 7 days 3. Kept you updated throughout the process and worked hard on your behalf rather than disappear as soon as the sold sign appears - if your agent managed to secure a sale of course. 4. Made you feel like a VIP when you attended their office. 5. Showed great empathy and took away the stress of selling a house so you could relax. Nicol & Co achieved all of that for me and more! Don't be fooled into thinking a good review is being written just because a good sale price was achieved – it's much, much more than that. Before I met Karen Smith at Nicol & Co I had dealt with another agent and came out of the market appraisal feeling very stressed and daunted by the whole situation. When I met Karen she promised a lot as all agents do. But I had a good feeling about her (aided by great evidential support of her claims) and I'm so glad I put my trust in her and my instincts. She brought together an amazing mix of professionalism, local knowledge and empathy which resulted in a house sale that was so unbelievably easy for me as the seller – something I could never have imagined writing. Of course I know that selling my house was a team effort and the office was so friendly with everyone on the sales team having knowledge of my property – what a great impression for any potential buyer I thought. Normally, when I enter an estate agent's office it feels like you've walked in on something and you stand there waiting until they are ready to speak to you and ask you what you want. So it was somewhat of a surprise when I walked up to the entrance of Nicol & Co's Droitwich office and found Paul Spregg already standing and ready to greet me when I entered. It's these little things that make a big difference!

professional, informative, approachable, always available to discuss potential properties to buy.
We have been dealing with Natasha Warr from Nicol & co of Droitwich Spa, We have found her knowledge of the properties they have available for sale which would suit our needs to be very good.. She has always kept us informed of properties coming on the market with themselves that she thinks we would be interested in. Can't praise her professionalism enough. Would highly recommend Nicol & co especially Natasha.

Buying a property with Nicol and Co
As a first time buyer, I had a very pleasant experience buying my first house with Nicol and Co. They were friendly, helpful and professional. Amy took me round to the viewings and was able to organise appropriate properties to view at short notice. She was a pleasure to deal with and helped me find the right home. I would certainly use Nicol and Co again.
